- Assistance with determining the best purchase offer and review of the contract form
- Help with reviewing the seller’s disclosure and with ordering and reviewing the property inspection report and/or survey
- Assistance with communicating with the title company
- Accompany you with the pre-closing walk-through
- Attend the closing
If you want to sell, I will:
- Explain the selling process
- Provide a market analysis of properties in your area
- Share proven tips and techniques to help your property sell
- Place the property information with the multiple listing service and Realtor.com
- Pre-qualify buyers
- Present to you all purchase offers
- Provide a net cash proceeds estimate with all offers to purchase
- Help you locate a new property anywhere in the country
- Help with communicating with the title company
- Attend the closing
